Can I use nrol without paying?
Yes. Explorer provides free discovery, profile building, limited matching, assessments, saved opportunities, and selected learning content.
Which plan is right if I am still exploring?
Start with Explorer. Strategist is designed for students ready for deeper matching, readiness, planning, and deadline intelligence.
What changes with Guided Apply?
Guided Apply adds a supported application workspace, portal guidance where a current definition is available, readiness checks, limited human review, and submission tracking. External portals and final submission remain under the student's control.
What makes Concierge different?
Concierge adds a dedicated Relationship Executive, document coordination, authorized communication, application review, family visibility, and mandatory submission verification.
What happens to my work if paid access ends?
Paid features may become unavailable, but your account, core profile, documents, saved work, and journey history remain preserved under Lifetime Access Assurance, subject to the applicable terms.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
nrol does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel; a downgrade or cancellation keeps your paid plan until the end of the period you paid for. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying. After 14 days, refunds are considered case by case for duplicate charges or technical payment errors. Taxes are shown at checkout.
