About nrol

What nrol is, how it finds and checks opportunities, what it costs and how it is run, answered in plain language.

How does nrol help me understand where I stand?

nrol turns your studies, goals, money and preferences into one profile, and uses it for every recommendation and next step. You update it once and it carries across your whole journey. You see what's missing before it becomes a problem, and you get one clear next move instead of an overwhelming list.

From How It Works

How does nrol help me find scholarships and universities that fit?

nrol checks scholarships and university routes against your profile and shows why each one deserves your attention, or doesn't. You see three simple signals, Prospects, Fit and Match, with the reasons, the trade-offs and your next milestone. We also show whether the official details are confirmed, so a recommendation and a confirmed fact never get mixed up.

From How It Works

How does nrol help me make a plan?

nrol turns your matches, gaps, effort and time into a simple order of work: what to do now, what comes later and how each step moves you forward. You see the stages between choosing and submitting, with deadlines, tasks and preparation together in one planner.

From How It Works

How does nrol help me get my application ready?

Readiness, writing, documents and recommendations stay connected, so preparing is a clear sequence, not a pile of files and last-minute tasks. You see how well your documents are covered, then clear one next document at a time. Writing help gives structure and feedback without replacing your own voice. Recommenders, briefs, requests and deadlines are managed together. Want a person to check it? Higher plans add human review.

From How It Works

Where can I get help and learn while I apply?

Help is built into the work you're already doing. Clarity answers questions about your plan, documents, SITE or what to do next. Studio is nrol's learning area for masterclasses and live sessions. The community lets you learn from students on the same journey.

From How It Works

How does nrol help when I submit on the official website?

When an official website becomes the hard part, SITE helps. It shows what carries over from your nrol profile, what still needs your input and how to get from prepared work to a cleaner submission. It turns unfamiliar forms into a step-by-step guide and shows which nrol information supports each box. Want a person beside you? Guided Apply adds limited human review, and Concierge adds a dedicated person. You stay in control, and the submission is yours.

From How It Works

How do I keep track of my applications until I hear back?

Your applications stay visible after you've prepared them: progress, deadlines, next milestones, submission records and help, all in one place. One logbook holds everything you've started, are working on or have submitted. You see what happened and what needs attention next, and you can ask for help from inside each application.

From How It Works

How do AI and real people work together on nrol?

AI does the research, interpretation and preparation. Checks make sure information is confirmed and complete. People handle the things that matter most, and support keeps the journey easy to follow. nrol doesn't turn big decisions into a black box, and it makes no promise of admission.

From How It Works

How does nrol find the right opportunities for me?

nrol compares your profile (studies, experience, goals, money and the countries you like) with what each scholarship and university route asks for and values. You see why each one appears, what's still unclear and your next step, shown as three simple signals: Prospects, Fit and Match. If the checked list doesn't hold enough that suit you, nrol searches official websites for more and checks them first.

None of this guarantees you'll be chosen.

From How It Works

How does nrol check my readiness?

nrol looks at how prepared you are for a specific opportunity: your grades, documents, language scores, leadership, research, work and how well you fit what it values. It separates meeting the requirements from being ready to compete, shows what's missing and gives you a Route to Ready with next steps. Want a person to review where you stand? Guided Apply includes limited human review.

It's guidance, not a prediction that you'll win.

From How It Works

How can nrol help me find scholarships and funding?

nrol shows scholarships, fellowships, grants and university funding that match your profile, with each one's requirements, deadline status and official link. Anything not yet confirmed is labelled as being checked. You can also record your own funding, see the gap against a programme's cost and test what a loan could look like. Want someone to talk it through? Our team is on email and phone, and Concierge gives you a dedicated person.

It can't guarantee funding.

From How It Works

How does nrol take me from discovery to application?

nrol connects the steps. You understand your profile, discover what fits, plan the order of work, prepare your documents, writing and recommendations, then get guided through the official application website and track the result. Go at your own pace, or add people: Guided Apply includes limited human review, and Concierge gives you a dedicated person. You do the submitting, and nrol guides each step.

It doesn't promise admission or funding.

From How It Works

From Why We Built nrol

Is nrol a real, trustworthy organisation?

nrol is an independent education technology platform run by two founders, with offices in Bhopal and Mumbai, India. nrol.me is its only official domain. It isn't a university, scholarship provider, embassy, visa authority or government agency, and it doesn't issue scholarships, admissions or visas.

It also doesn't guarantee any of them.

From the Disclaimer & Transparency page

How many students use nrol, and are there success stories?

nrol is still young, so we don't have student numbers or success stories to share yet, and we won't invent any. What you can do is try it yourself: take the free Opportunity Assessment, explore the demo, and read how nrol checks its information before you rely on it.

Honest answer

Is there an age limit for using nrol?

Yes. nrol is for people aged 18 or over. You confirm your age when you register, and an account found to belong to someone under 18 is closed. If you're younger, you can start preparing now with the public guides, and sign up when you turn 18.

From the Terms of Service

Which languages does nrol support?

nrol is currently in English. If you'd like help in another language, ask the support team and they'll tell you what they can do.

Honest answer

Is there a free trial?

You don't need one, because nrol is free to start. The Explorer plan gives you free discovery, profile building, limited matching, assessments, saved opportunities and selected learning content. You can look around and use it before paying anything, and upgrade later if you want deeper planning or application support.

From the Pricing page

Are there any discounts?

Yes, depending on your subscription. Paid plans can be paid monthly or for a longer period, and the Pricing page shows any current discount for a longer period. If a friend who uses nrol referred you, you may get a discount on your first subscription through the nrol Circle. Current amounts are always shown before you pay.

From the Pricing page

Does nrol offer human assistance and guidance?

Yes. For general questions, our team is on live chat inside your account, and on phone and email, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST. For help with your application, it depends on your plan. Guided Apply includes limited human review. Concierge gives you a dedicated Relationship Executive for documents, application review and submission checks. nrol isn't only AI. People step in at the moments that matter. The final decisions stay with you.

From the Pricing page

Can I do it myself, or can nrol guide me?

Both. You can go on your own with nrol's tools and guides, or add support when you want it. Guided Apply adds step-by-step help on the official website and limited human review. Concierge gives you a dedicated person for document coordination, application review and submission checks. Either way, the final decisions stay with you.

From the Pricing page

Will I be charged again automatically?

No. nrol doesn't renew automatically, so there's nothing to cancel. If you downgrade or cancel, you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you paid for. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying. Taxes, where they apply, are shown before you pay.

From the Pricing page

What happens to my account if my plan ends?

Your account isn't deleted. Paid features may stop. But your profile, documents, saved work and journey history stay preserved under what nrol calls Lifetime Access Assurance, as long as you keep the account. You can pick up where you left off if you come back. A verified account-deletion request ends this.

From the Privacy Policy

Is nrol just a scholarship directory?

No. A directory helps you search a list. nrol helps you understand which opportunities fit you, why they fit and what you need to do next. A list of opportunities is useful, but clarity is better.

From What We Are Not

Is nrol a college finder?

No. College finders help you browse options. nrol helps you understand where you stand, how strong your profile is and which pathways match your goals. Finding options is easy. Making the right decision is harder.

From What We Are Not

Do I need a consultant to study abroad?

Not to start. With nrol you can search, check eligibility and plan on your own, and an in-house expert can help when you want one. Help with your application from a person is opening soon.

Some students also choose a consultant, and that is a fine choice. The decisions stay yours.

From our guide: Do you need a consultant?

Is nrol a study abroad agency, and do I still need a consultant?

nrol isn't an agency. Agencies help you through admissions, usually once you've chosen a direction, and their help depends on people's time. nrol starts earlier, with self-discovery, readiness, strategy and planning, and it's there any time you need it. If you want a person alongside you, higher plans include human support. Final decisions stay yours.

From What We Are Not and A Different Way

Is nrol a search engine?

No. Search assumes you already know what you're looking for, and many students don't. nrol first helps you work out which path is right for you, then helps you find and prepare for it.

From What We Are Not

Is nrol a job board for education?

No. Job boards list opportunities. nrol helps you become ready for them, which is a different job.

From What We Are Not

Is nrol only about filling in applications?

No. Applications matter, but they aren't the beginning of the journey. The journey starts with understanding, preparation, readiness and confidence. Applications come later.

From What We Are Not

Will nrol just show me more and more options?

No. The internet already has millions of opportunities, so the problem isn't quantity. It's relevance. Most students don't need more options. They need better ones, and that's what nrol is built to find.

From What We Are Not

Will nrol stop me guessing which scholarships and universities to try?

That's the aim. Too many students and families make life-changing decisions by trial and error: guessing which scholarships fit, which universities are realistic and what to do next. nrol shows you what fits, what's missing and what to do next, with the reasons.

From What We Are Not

Is nrol only for students?

No. nrol is for students, researchers, professionals, parents, mentors, sponsors and institutions. Opportunity doesn't belong to one stage of life. Anyone signing up for their own account must be 18 or older, and parents can follow along through Family Access with their child's consent.

From What We Are Not

How is nrol different from scholarship sites, university finders, consultants and application tools?

Each does one job well. Scholarship sites are good for discovery but don't explain readiness or strategy. University finders are good for exploring but don't track how ready you are. Consultants give personal support but depend on people's time and often start late. Application tools help you submit but not prepare. nrol connects all of these, starting with you.

From A Different Way

What can I actually do on nrol, in one list?

You can build one living profile. Find opportunities that fit it. See your strengths, gaps and the improvements that would change your options. Get an ordered plan with a clear next action. Keep documents, essays and recommendations connected to each application. Move prepared work onto official websites with field-by-field guidance. Understand what funding covers. Get explanations in context. And choose how much human guidance you want alongside.

From How nrol Works

What does nrol believe in?

That people should first understand what they can become before exploring opportunities. That every question nrol asks must have a clear reason. That complexity belongs behind the scenes and simplicity on the screen. That information should be collected once, checked once and reused. And that the goal isn't just to help people apply but to help them succeed.

From What We Believe

What is the nrol DNA?

It's how nrol works. Start with people, not opportunities. Help you focus on what matters most instead of showing everything. Give guidance before search. You don't need a perfect profile, only your next step. Explain why things fit you or don't. Treat scholarships, universities, funding and applications as one connected journey. And judge every feature by one question: does this improve your chances of success?

From The nrol DNA

Why was nrol built?

Its founders came from very different worlds, healthcare and higher education. They kept seeing the same pattern: people making some of the biggest decisions of their lives inside systems never built to be understood from the outside. nrol was built to make the study-abroad journey understandable and navigable, so you can decide with clarity.

From Why We Built nrol

Which AI companies might see my information?

Optional AI features may use providers such as Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Groq or OpenAI, and only the information needed for what you asked for is sent. AI use is optional, and you can withdraw your consent any time in the Privacy & Compliance Center. After that, optional AI transfers stop, and features that don't need AI keep working.

From the Privacy Policy

What can I do with my data on nrol?

You can ask to see it, correct it, download it, delete your account, take back permissions, turn off Family Access and withdraw optional consents. nrol collects only what it needs to run the service, doesn't sell your data, encrypts it in transit and stores uploaded documents encrypted. For privacy requests, email support@nrol.me.

From the Privacy Policy

Does nrol use cookies or tracking?

nrol uses essential cookies for sign-in, security, language and account preferences, because it can't work securely without them. Optional analytics, advertising or marketing trackers stay off until you're given a plain explanation and choose them yourself. Saying no to optional tracking doesn't affect your access.

From the Privacy Policy

Who is responsible for my application, deadlines and final decisions?

You are. Staff such as relationship executives and counsellors support you, but final responsibility for decisions, applications, documents, submissions and deadlines stays with you. Universities, scholarship committees and embassies make the final decisions on admission, funding and visas.

From the Terms of Service and Disclaimer

Are the sample profiles and dashboards on the site real people?

No. Demos, simulations, sample dashboards and example profiles are made up to show how nrol works. They don't represent real people unless it clearly says so. Illustrative results in a demo aren't a promise of what you'll get.

From the Disclaimer & Transparency page

How does nrol make money?

nrol earns from paid plans, and from referrals that follow a student's choice. Explorer is free to start, and paid plans add deeper planning, application help and human support. A referral only follows your own choice and admission. It never decides what we show you, and no university or sponsor can pay to be recommended or to change where an opportunity appears. Your matches come from your profile and each opportunity's official details.

From the Pricing page

How does nrol keep its recommendations fair and honest?

Recommendations come from your profile and each opportunity's published requirements. nrol doesn't favour an opportunity because it's famous, highly ranked or already in its list, and every recommendation explains why it appeared. Details are checked against official sources, and people review the exceptions.

nrol never guarantees admission or funding.

From the FAQ

How accurate and up to date is nrol's data?

Scholarship and university data carries source links and the official provider where available. Deadlines, amounts and eligibility rules are monitored for going out of date, and AI-collected records carry a confidence signal so you can tell strong data from developing coverage. Doubtful or contradictory records go to people for review. Where it affects a decision, nrol shows the source, its confidence and when it was last checked.

What are my rights on nrol?

You can ask to see, correct and download your data, delete your account, take back permissions, turn off Family Access and withdraw optional consents. You keep ownership of what you submit and give nrol only the permissions needed to run the service. The Rights & Authorization page sets out what you agree to when you create an account. The Terms and Privacy Policy cover the rest.

From Rights & Authorization

What does “It's All About You” mean at nrol?

It's how nrol starts: with you, not with a list. The first questions are what opportunity you're looking for, and who you are and want to become. Your answers shape what nrol shows you. The same opportunity can be perfect for one person and wrong for another.

From It's All About You

What is “Voices That Shaped nrol”?

It's a page of worries students and parents told us again and again. Too many options and no clarity. Not knowing if you're ready. A process split across many websites. Not knowing where to start. They're why nrol is built around clarity and your next step. They are what we heard, not success stories.

From Voices That Shaped nrol

Can I change the email on my account?

Not yet. You can't change your account email yourself at the moment. If you've lost access to it, our team can help from the back end. Email mail@nrol.me and explain what happened.

From the Contact page

Can I have more than one account?

No. One phone number and one email can create only one account, which keeps your profile, documents and progress together.

From nrol's account rules

How secure is my account?

You confirm your email with a one-time code when you register. You can sign in with a password or with Google or Microsoft, and nrol never sees those passwords. Changing your password signs you out everywhere, and Settings shows your signed-in devices so you can log out the others. Your data is encrypted in transit, and uploaded documents are stored encrypted.

How do I log out of all my devices?

Open Settings, go to Active Sessions and choose “Log out all other devices”, or log out a single device from the list. Changing your password also ends every active session. nrol allows up to four active sessions, so signing in on a new device can retire the oldest one.

How do I stop emails, WhatsApp or SMS from nrol?

Every nrol email has an Unsubscribe link that works without signing in. In Settings, the Privacy & Compliance Center lets you turn Marketing Communications off. Service and security messages, like one-time codes and account notices, may still be sent because they're needed to run your account.

How much do the paid plans cost?

Prices are shown live on the Pricing page, because they can change, and checkout shows the exact total, including any taxes, before you pay. Explorer is free to start. You can pay monthly, or choose a longer period, which may carry a discount shown at checkout.

From the Pricing page

Can I pay in instalments, or gift a plan?

Not yet. Plans are paid upfront for the period you choose, and gifting a plan isn't available yet.

From the Pricing page

I was charged twice. What do I do?

Contact billing support with the transaction reference. Duplicate charges are one of the cases nrol reviews for a refund, and your receipts and payment history are in Billing.

Is nrol free forever?

Explorer is free to start, and the Pricing page always shows what each plan includes right now. If a paid plan ends, your account, profile and saved work stay preserved. Nothing is deleted just because a plan expires.

From the Pricing page

How do I invite my parent or guardian?

In Settings, open Family Access and send an invite. Your parent gets an email and a one-time access code that works for 72 hours. They see a read-only summary of your progress. You can resend the invite or revoke access at any time.

I'm a university or sponsor. How do I work with nrol?

Email mail@nrol.me and tell us about your institution or scholarship. There's no public self-service portal for universities or sponsors today, so the team will get in touch. Requirements shown on nrol go through nrol's own checking process.

From the Contact page and FAQ

Can the Prep4 mock test estimate my IELTS band?

Yes. The full mock test gives you an estimated overall band and a diagnostic report showing your strengths and gaps by question type. The band is always labelled as an estimate, never as an official result, so use it as a guide to where you stand.

How long is the Prep4 mock test?

It follows the real exam timing, and each test shows its own time limit before you start. Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking are each timed the way the real exam times them. Your answers autosave, so a refresh or a closed tab doesn't cost you the attempt.

How does Prep4 score Writing and Speaking?

Against the real published IELTS criteria. For Writing: task achievement or response, coherence and cohesion, vocabulary, and grammar range and accuracy. For Speaking: fluency, vocabulary, grammar range and pronunciation. If a skill hasn't been scored yet, Prep4 says so instead of guessing.

Can I find out which IELTS skills I'm weakest in?

Yes. The full mock test ends with a diagnostic report showing your real strengths and gaps by question type, not just one number. Practising individual items is free, so you can work on your weakest skill before taking the full test.

How do I practise IELTS with nrol?

Go to tests.nrol.me. You can work through individual Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking items for free, then take a full timed mock test when you're ready. Prep4 has its own account, separate from your nrol login. It's live for IELTS today. TOEFL, PTE and Duolingo are planned.

How do I record my submission and my result?

On the Applications page, update each application as it moves: started, submitted, and the outcome when you hear back. It keeps your timeline, next steps and documents together. If you haven't heard anything, nrol never treats that as a rejection.

From How It Works

What happens when I send my package for final review?

Your package goes to the nrol team. A Relationship Officer checks your documents, essays, eligibility and the official instructions first. Nothing is sent to a university or sponsor at that stage, and nrol tells you what must be fixed before it can be accepted.

From the Review page and Pricing page

How do I compare university programmes side by side?

Pick two or three programmes in University Discovery using the compare icon on each card. The comparison page shows cost to complete, funding, borrowing and post-study work side by side, not as one score. You enter your own loan assumptions, and nothing is pre-filled or saved.

How does the nrol referral programme work?

Every account gets a personal Circle Code that doesn't expire. Share it with as many students as you like. A friend who joins with it can get a discount on their first subscription, and you earn gems as they sign up, start a profile and subscribe. Your friends and gems are tracked on the Referrals page.

From the FAQ and Referrals page

What is nrol Studio, and are there live sessions I can join?

Studio is nrol's learning area for masterclasses, live Q&As and recordings. It has no published sessions yet, so the sessions you see today are curated examples, and registering for one isn't saved. Private one-to-one advisory is part of the Concierge plan.

What is the Classroom?

The old Classroom page now opens your Study Plan. It turns the essentials into a working plan: understand the application landscape, build a shortlist, prepare documents, and turn confirmed deadlines into weekly actions. Related Studio sessions are linked from there.

How do deadline reminders and the calendar work?

The Calendar & Planner holds your deadlines, tasks, reminders and events, and fills with dates for the scholarships and programmes you match or save. The full planner is part of Strategist and above. “Add deadlines to my calendar app” downloads your saved deadlines with reminders 30 and 7 days before. You can also turn on email nudges for deadlines within the week.

From the Calendar & Planner and Help centre

How do I see what has changed for scholarships and applicants?

The Updates page lists the developments worth knowing across scholarships, universities, funding, visas and policy, and you can filter by category. On your Dashboard, Opportunity Shift shows what changed in your own matches. Notifications flag the signals that matter, and signed-in students also get a personal Study Abroad Briefing.

Where did the Insights page go?

Insights moved into Readiness. Your trend chart and activity stats now sit inside the “See your readiness analysis” panel, and the old link opens Readiness.

From Readiness

I found a wrong deadline or scholarship detail. What should I do?

Please flag the listing so it can be reviewed, and check the official source for the right information. nrol rechecks details against official sources, but things can change between checks. You can also email mail@nrol.me.

Why am I not seeing any matches?

Matches come from your profile, so a thin profile gives thin results. Fill in your level, subject, goals, countries and finances, then check again. If nrol is still searching official sources, you'll see verified results first and new ones as they arrive.

From the FAQ

Why isn't my score updating?

Scores update when your profile changes, such as a new achievement, a test score or a verified document. A document that's still pending may not count yet. If it still looks stuck after you've saved, refresh the page and contact support.

From the FAQ and Help centre

My document upload failed or was rejected. What now?

Check the file type and size against the upload screen and the receiving organisation's instructions, then try again. Common causes are the wrong format, a file that's too large or a poor connection. A document can show as pending, needing more information or rejected after nrol's checks, and its status in the Document Center says which. If it still fails, email support@nrol.me with a screenshot.

From the Document Center and Help centre

A page isn't loading or something looks broken. What can I do?

Refresh the page and check your internet connection. If the problem continues, it may be maintenance or a temporary fault on our side. Email mail@nrol.me with what you saw and a screenshot, and we'll look into it.

From the Contact page

Why is my calendar empty?

Your calendar fills with dates for scholarships and programmes you've matched or saved, plus your own events. If you haven't matched or saved any yet, or your profile is thin, it may be empty. Save a scholarship or complete your profile and it updates by itself.

From the FAQ and Help centre

I didn't get my confirmation email or code. Where is it?

Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the address on your account is right. For sign-up, you can ask for a new one-time code, which lasts 10 minutes, or use the magic link. Payment receipts are in Billing.

From the FAQ

What is the Daily Pulse (Study Abroad Briefing)?

It's a regularly refreshed briefing on scholarships, fellowships, grants and policy changes, checked and explained for what may matter to you. It shows what's new this week and how many opportunities nrol is tracking.

From the Study Abroad Briefing

What is the Strategy page?

It's your application plan: the schedule that follows your choices in Next Best Moves. It shows what to do now, what comes next and when.

Where did the Eligibility Checker and Onboarding pages go?

Both now open your Master Profile, which is where nrol collects what it needs to check eligibility and match you. Keep it complete and eligibility checks follow what you've entered.

What is the Support page, and what can I raise?

It's where you open a support request and follow its replies. You can raise billing and payments, refunds and cancellations, service problems, applications, documents and essays, account and privacy, account recovery, grievances, complaints, feedback, or anything else. Billing requests are reviewed within 24 hours.

What is the Success Hub?

It shows your nrol Readiness Report, a view of how prepared you are, based on your profile and progress. It's guidance on preparation, not a prediction of whether you'll be accepted.

From the Success Hub

How do I join the community and ask other students?

Sign in and open Community. Posts there come from signed-in users, so it's where you can read what other students are discussing and join in.

How do I close or delete my account?

Open the Privacy & Compliance Center from Settings and submit a deletion request. nrol verifies it before deleting, and you can track it there. Deleting your account ends the saved journey you've built, so download what you need first.

Where do I get an invoice or see my payments?

Open Billing in your account. It shows your current plan, receipts and recent payments. If an invoice you need isn't there, raise a billing request from Support with the plan and payment date.

Can I switch plans, or change mid-month?

You can request an upgrade, downgrade or cancellation from Billing. A confirmed upgrade starts after checkout. A downgrade or cancellation you schedule keeps your current plan active until the paid period ends. Plans don't renew automatically.

How can I sign in to nrol?

You can sign in with your email and password, or with your Google or Microsoft account. If you registered with a password, you confirmed your email with a one-time code. Forgotten your password? Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page.

Can I change my phone number?

No. Your phone number is a vital part of how you access nrol, so you can't change it yourself. One phone number and one email make one account. Please enter them carefully when you register. If a number or email stops working, our team can help from the back end. Email mail@nrol.me.

From the nrol team

Does nrol work with consultants or agents?

No. nrol has its own in-house team of support staff who hold everything together. Students don't go through outside consultants or agents.

From What nrol is not

Can an agent or consultant use nrol on my behalf?

No. Your account and data are yours. nrol doesn't sell your data or share it with agents, consultants or others for their own use. A few service providers help run nrol, like payments, email and hosting. Optional AI features use their providers only if you allow it. The Privacy Policy lists them.

From the Privacy Policy

What is Rejection Intelligence?

nrol learns from rejections. When applications don't succeed, it looks at what happened and uses what it learns to refine and improve the platform, so results get better for students over time. People review improvements before they reach students.

From the nrol team

Can I retake the mock test?

Yes. There's no limit on how many mock tests you can take, so you can keep practising and see how your estimated band moves.

Who writes nrol's blog and guides?

nrol's own internal experts write them.

From the nrol team

What is the Lexicon?

It's a directory of study-abroad terms and jargon, each explained in plain words, so you can look up anything you don't understand.

From the Lexicon

What is the Knowledge Hub?

It's nrol's how-to guide on all topics related to studying abroad. Read it when you want to understand a step before you take it.

From the Knowledge Hub

What does “Clear this first” mean?

It's nrol's advice to deal with something outstanding before moving on. That could be a task, a requirement or a test that is holding up your application.

What happens after I get an offer?

An offer brings decisions that need expert advice, so it's best to talk to our team. Guided Apply includes limited human review, and Concierge gives you a dedicated Relationship Executive. Final decisions always stay with you.

From the Pricing page

Can I pause Guided Apply?

There's no pause switch. The only way to stop is to leave the plan. Plans don't renew automatically.

Does SITE work on every application portal?

SITE helps you fill in programme application forms, guiding you through the provider's official portal. Portals differ, so check with our team about yours before you rely on it.
